Our Return Policy in short
Contact Annetline shop before returning any items. You can return the product within 8 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’.
Want to switch to another size of the same product or switch to another product? You can do that, just contact us. If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.
Return Policy
Please contact Annetline shop before returning any items. It is recommended that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. In case of complaint, the customer contacts Annetline shop and gives the relevant information and the reason for the complaint.
Return Conditions
You can return the product within 8 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. Annetline shop suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed. Annetline shop will make a refund of eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case.
For discounted items (including sales), if the ordered item does not suit you (wrong size or item), you can return it to us within 8 days after delivery. We will exchange it for you or we will send you an Ann&Line gift card of the amount of your order. No refund is possible for sale items.
Ann&Line gift card is valid for one year from date of issue.
Ann&Line gift card can only be used once.
Ann&Line gift card will be sent by email as a code.
Any and all shipping fees are not reimbursed.
When returning an item purchased with a gift card, we do no refund.
In case of a complete return of the order, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping costs from the refund.
Returning A Package
If a returned item is shipped internationally, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any Customs charges. Annetline shop is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Email us providing your customer information. Confirm you will send back the product and tell us the size you wish to receive in exchange.

Return the product you have received and send us an email telling us which product you want instead.
Transport Damage
If the product is lost or you notice upon receipt that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.
Unclaimed Packages
For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Annetline shop reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies’ administrative costs.
My package is lost
Please reach out to our customer service team if you believe you package is lost/stolen. We will file a claim on your behalf. Please note these claims can take up to 20 days to process. Ann&line GmbH will not be held responsible for parcels that are lost in transit or experience failed delivery attempts for any reason.
