SHIPPING
- Free delivery for orders over €200 / CHF 200 (EU & Switzerland).
- Standard delivery fee: €10 / CHF 10.
- Switzerland: 2–5 working days
- Europe: 3–10 working days

Please note that during sales and outlet periods, delivery times may be longer. However, we remain available by email should you need any information regarding the status of your order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You have 8 days from the date you receive your order to return or exchange it. Items must be unworn and in perfect condition.
- Please contact us first at info@annetline.com.
- Clearly mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges.
- Please include your contact details and, if possible, a tracking number.
Note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs charges.
- Same product, different size: send us an email with the size you’d like, and return the item.
- Different product: return your order, and let us know which piece you’d like instead.
Sale or discounted items can be returned within 8 days. Instead of a refund, you will receive an Ann&Line gift card for the value of your order. Gift cards are valid for one year, sent by email, and can only be used once.
REFUNDS
As soon as we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund. Please allow a few working days for it to appear on your account.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- If you paid by invoice, please email us your bank details so we can transfer the amount back to you.
- Original shipping fees are not refunded. If your entire order is returned, we may deduct the initial delivery cost from your refund.
- Keep your shipping receipt or package ID - this makes it easier to track your return if needed.
- For international returns, mark the parcel clearly as “RETURNED GOODS”. Customers are responsible for any customs fees.
- If your order arrives damaged, please let us know immediately.
- If a parcel isn’t collected within 14 days, it will be returned to us and a small handling fee may apply.
- If you believe your parcel is lost or stolen, contact us. We’ll open a claim with the carrier (this may take up to 20 days). Please note we cannot be held responsible for losses caused by failed delivery attempts.
